Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Brolly at brolly.day. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Brolly.

The service

Brolly shows weather forecasts, Santander Cycles availability and calendar events on screens in your home. Forecasts and bike availability come from third parties and can be wrong or out of date: please don't rely on Brolly for anything safety-critical.

Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Every member of a household has equal control over it: they can change its settings, invite or remove members, and pair or unpair screens. Only invite people you trust.
• Anyone who can see a paired screen can see what it shows. Place screens accordingly, and unpair any you no longer control.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you bring to Brolly, including your calendar data. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Brolly: no attempts to access other people's households or data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Brolly running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut Brolly down we'll give you reasonable notice.

Liability

Brolly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under English law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
